Tyler McDonald Resume’

AMA #120

While only competing in five events in the AMA during the 2006 racing season Tyler managed to finish 20th in both the Supersport and Formula Extreme series. The year started off at Daytona with the CCS races, Tyler and his teammate Will Gruy won the 57 lap team challenge on their Yamaha R6’s.When Daytona rolled around Tyler finished11th in the AMA Supersport race and was running in 8th place in the 200 mile event when electrical problems struck and he was out for 24 laps. The rest of the season our main objective was to get experience and to learn as many tracks as possible to be ready for a full year in the AMA in 2007.

In the CMRA this year Tyler won the Expert B Superbike class, finished second in B Superstock, second in C Superbike, second in C Superstock, and third in the F1 Class. We missed one CMRA race weekend by going to Barber for the AMA race held there.
